Overview

China Link is a comprehensive sourcing and import management platform designed to help businesses manage their importing operations from China through a centralized digital experience.

The platform goes beyond a traditional marketing website by providing a secure client portal where customers can submit requests, track order progress, review quotations, access invoices, and communicate with the team throughout the entire sourcing and shipping process.

My Role

I was responsible for both the UX/UI design and frontend development of the platform.

Design

• Designed the complete user experience and interface in Figma.
• Created user flows for both the public website and authenticated dashboard.
• Structured complex business processes into an intuitive user experience.

Development

• Developed the frontend using Webflow.
• Built a custom membership and authentication system with Memberstack.
• Implemented dynamic application logic and data handling using Wized.
• Integrated Airtable as the backend database for managing users, orders, invoices, and operational data.
